Bazaar’s stylish New York soirée returns for another year
Opening New York Fashion Week in style, Carine Roitfeld celebrated her annual Icons shoot in Bazaar’s September issue with a star-studded event. Hosted in the Grand Ballroom at the city’s Plaza hotel, the night was presented by Infor, Estée Lauder, Saks Fifth Avenue, Fujifilm Instax, Genesis and Stella Artois. Guests including Kendall Jenner, Amber Valletta and the Hadid sisters sipped Moët & Chandon Champagne and elderflower cocktails in a room adorned with glistening guitar-shaped ice sculptures, before Christina Aguilera took to the stage for a performance of her hit ‘Lady Marmalade’. ellen peirson-hagger
