Born in Staffordshire, the fashion photographer first started taking pictures at the age of 14 and is now a regular contributor to Bazaar. She shot the season’s most dazzling diamonds for our fine-jewellery story on page 83. ‘It was snowing feathers on the day,’ she says. ‘We picked them out of pillows and threw them into the air to create a bewitching flurry.’

An unusual family festive tradition ‘We play board games while wearing silly Christmas hats.’

What’s on your Christmas wish list? ‘Candles – you can never have enough.’

Your favourite festive food ‘Yorkshire puddings and mint sauce is a must at our table. Though I do love pumpkin pie.’ Your resolution for the New Year ‘To find a better work-life balance.’

How will you spend New Year’s Eve? ‘For the first time my family are spending it with me in New York.’
