Leave it to us was founded by Cordon Bleu-trained Liz Cox in the 1960s. Looking for a venture she could run from her home in Westerham while her children were young.

Now in its second generation, Stephanie; Liz’s daughter joined the business in 2007 and through their partnership, they continued to build the successful company by engaging new contracts at wedding and event venues throughout Kent. Sadly, Liz passed away in December 2009 and the mantle was passed to Stephanie to continue the company in her name which she is doing with huge success.
