Nicole Scherzinger’s looking truly, superhumanly amazing at the moment. The reason? Along with Suki Waterhouse and a growing army of celebrities, Nicole is a fan of The Viking Method – a high-intensity full-body workout, with added roar.
Svava Sigbertsdottir, from Iceland, is the body and mind behind the plan, which she developed with her Viking ancestors in mind. She says, “My method makes you resilient,

The Viking Method nails results by pairing and timing exercises together in a way that fires up muscle fibres. A self-confessed science boff, Svava’s method activates the fat-burning, lean-tissue-building and de-stressing hormones in the body. Having exercised her whole life, she came up with the method because nothing else ticked all of her boxes. “I wanted one method for everything. Power, strength, agility, leanness, nutrition, contentment and inner wellbeing,” she says.
