GAGA LOSES HER MAN
She wants Taylor back, but her ex-fiancé hasn’t wasted any time moving on
Last week, Lady Gaga was left “devastated” when she learnt ex-fiancé Taylor Kinney is dating a 26-year-old radiology hospital worker called Alanna Digiovanni – just three months after he called off their engagement. Worse still, she only heard about it from the internet.
A source says, “Taylor didn’t tell Gaga about this new relationship – it seems she read it online like everyone else. She is utterly heartbroken. She didn’t think he would go looking for someone so soon and she feels humiliated.
“She goes between rage, crying and denial. Her friends are worried about her.” Just hours before finding out, Gaga had sounded very much like a woman who expected to be reunited with her man, after saying live on radio, “We love each other. It’s just about life changes.” When asked how she’d feel if Taylor moved on, she admitted, “Well, I wouldn’t be throwing a f***ing party.” To add insult to injury, Gaga has been singing her ex’s praises in interviews for her new album, Joanne (see below), as she had been expecting them to get back together. And, as we reported a few weeks ago, the star had even been rearranging her lifestyle and work schedule in a bid to get their wedding back on track.
But it seems all of it has been in vain, as Taylor has already moved on. Taylor and Alanna – who both come from the same area in South Philadelphia – have recently been on dates to see Taylor Swift in concert in Austin. Alanna has also visited Taylor (Kinney, not Swift) in Chicago, where he’s currently filming TV series Chicago Fire.
The source adds, “The news has come at the worst time, as Gaga is trying to promote her album. It’s been getting mixed reviews, so she needs to be emotionally strong, but sometimes all she feels like doing is crawling into a corner and never coming out again.”
