They set tongues wagging when they were seen, er, waggling their tongues on a yacht in Turkey earlier this month, but it turns out that Chloe Green and model Jeremy Meeks were only just getting started. Since then, the Topshop heiress and her bad-boy boyfriend – who only separated from wife Melissa after his yacht PDA with Chloe – have been living it up in LA, visiting the hottest restaurants and hotels and sparing no expense along the way. And you’ll never guess what – it’s Chloe who’s been footing the bill.
“Her friends say she’s practically put Jeremy on her payroll, as she’s funding all their expensive trips and nights out,” a source close to Chloe tells heat. “He doesn’t want for anything, and is obviously loving all of it. It feels as though he’s dating royalty, because Chloe always gets the VIP treatment wherever she goes and loves spoiling herself and those close to her.”
Concerns have been raised about Chloe’s latest squeeze ever since their steamy boat pics hit the headlines. Not only was Jeremy, 33 – aka the Hot Felon – still married with a seven-year-old son, but he’s also banned from entering the UK due to his criminal past, which includes jail time for gang activity. But our insider tells us 26-year-old Chloe is unfazed, as she spends a lot of her time in the US, anyway. Who said deportation should stop true love?

tells us. “She thinks he’s to-die-for handsome and has been acting pretty smug about it. Once his divorce is through, Chloe has told her friends that she’d love him to propose. Because he can’t enter the UK, Chloe is now eyeing up expensive condos in Beverly Hills to set up a base for them, all at her own expense. It’s been a crazy roller coaster, and it isn’t showing any signs of slowing down.”
But while Chloe – whose dad, Topshop boss Philip Green, is worth £3.8bn – has been diving into the romance headfirst, her friends and family remain unconvinced by the pair. “The worrying thing is that Chloe won’t even discuss the relationship with her family,” the source says. “They’re worried she isn’t thinking about things like getting a prenuptial agreement if they did get engaged, despite not knowing Jeremy for that long. Her friends are concerned that she may not be thinking with her head and is getting carried away in a fling.”
The friend adds, “Even though Jeremy makes money as a model, it’s nothing close to what Chloe is worth, and he’s really enjoying being taken care of by her. Chloe has a lot of great contacts in the fashion industry, so he’s reaping the benefits of that, too. He knows he’s on to a good thing with Chloe and can’t believe his luck.” It’s all so romantic, isn’t it?
