Nigella’s Christmas Table

Christmas TV sea­son re­ally kicks in this week, and here’s a tasty full hour of Nigella and her table, which for this fes­tive spe­cial is in the coun­try­side rather than Lon­don. But yet again, she’s failed to in­vite us over to her party, where she serves plat­ters of dev­illed eggs, roast duck with orange, soy and gin­ger along­side gar­lic and Parme­san mashed potato gratin and sweet-sour soused red cab­bage with cran­ber­ries. Oh, and nat­u­rally she has an ex­otic take on Brussels sprouts. For dessert, there’s a sticky tof­fee pud­ding with brandy salted caramel ice-cream. Please in­vite us over next time, Nige.
