Honestly, we can’t believe it’s taken Gwyneth Paltrow so long to think of doing this. The self-proclaimed lifestyle guru has told friends she wants to write a bestselling guide to married sex – before she’s even walked down the aisle – and is currently negotiating a $500k advance.
“She’s already started writing it,” says an insider close to the 45-year-old Goop founder, who is engaged to producer, Brad Falchuk. “So far the chapters are dedicated to the Earth’s elements and will show how to use fire, air and water to have incredible sex while married. There is also a section on using recycled plastic products and food play to tease your man. It demonstrates the art of sucking on low-calorie fruits and vegetables! It’s all very Goopy and weird – but what would you expect from the woman who steams her vagina?”
But friends have pointed out how awkward this could be for her exhusband, Chris Martin, who is dad to Gwyn’s children, Apple and Moses. “Gwyn and Brad aren’t married yet Chris worries that people might think she is sharing her experiences from their marriage,” says the insider. “He finds it a bit embarrassing and has asked her to wait at least until she is actually re-married before she publishes. Brad has given his full approval, but he said there better not be anything in that book she learned from Chris. But Gwyn isn’t making any promises – she’s got tips on how to have a good time in the bedroom from both guys.” n
