Cheryl’s despair over Liam’s London lad pad

In the last few weeks, it seems like Liam Payne has well and truly moved on from his two-and-a-bit year relationship with Cheryl. Not only has the singer been pictured looking pretty cosy with a number of different women, but heat can also reveal that he’s searching for a bachelor pad to move into.
“Liam’s been eyeing up places in Knightsbridge and Chelsea that have all the mod cons a guy could need – a games room, bar, cinema and massive hot tub,” our source reveals. “He’s also pulled his LA mansion off the market – which he only put on in February – so he can spend more time there.”
Although often away promoting his new music, Liam had been living with Cheryl and their son Bear in a Surrey mansion. And we’ve now been told that following their split, Liam has said Cheryl can have “everything, including the £6million mansion”.
The source continues, “While he wants to ensure Cheryl and Bear are properly supported, Liam wants as little hassle as possible. The mansion was slowly being turned into a family house, far from how Liam originally had it – with a man cave and snooker room. But friends say he’s not bothered, as he wants to move closer to his mates in central London.”
Understandably, Cheryl, 35, is said to be upset over Liam’s recent behaviour – particularly as he seems to have moved on so quickly. Liam – who recently celebrated his 25th birthday in Bali – is rumoured to be dating 20-year-old model Cairo Dwek (left), and was pictured meeting her and her mum at a London hotel last week.
“Cheryl’s family and friends feel that Liam is behaving like a kid with lots of money,” says our insider. “But he’s got to remember that he’s a father, too. While Cheryl knows how much Liam cares for Bear, his recent partying and apparent new relationship means he’s not spending lots of time with Bear, and she’s wondering when that will change.”
And while Cheryl is known to be a homebody, it seems she’s not necessarily happy with Liam’s plans. Our source reveals, “Her friends are hoping Cheryl will say, ‘Stuff the house, I’ll have the money instead.’ But she’s not like that. Realistically, she doesn’t need any money, and her priority is keeping this civil for Bear. But that’s getting harder, as it can seem as if Liam’s behaviour isn’t showing any regard for anyone but himself.”
