She’s feeling good and looking even better
Keeping up with the Kardashians sisters’ obsessive workout routines is mostly an impossible task. And that’s never been more true than right now, as the siblings engage in all-out body wars. But, following last week’s pictures of Kourtney looking the hottest we’ve ever seen her, it’s starting to look like we have a stand-out winner. But we’re told that this isn’t about competing with Kim and Khloé – rather it’s part of Kourt’s recent break-up diet inspiring her to go on a revenge-body mission.
“Kourtney has never looked better and she knows it,” says an insider close to the mum-of-three, who recently split from her toyboy boyfriend of two years, Younes Bendjima. “She’s worked hard over the past couple of years and her break-up with Younes has given her the final push to become the fittest she’s ever been. She’s got her dream body now and she wants to show the world she’s still a catch. Everyone is saying she’s got the hottest body out of all of the family at the moment, which is driving Kim and Khloé crazy. Kourtney thinks that is hilarious – she loves to wind them up about it.” Something she must be enjoying after Kim recently told Kourt she was “the least interesting to look at” during a row.
Kourtney, 39, works with celeb personal trainer Stephanie Shepherd and hits the gym an impressive six times a week. She also recently said she does 100 squats before she gets in the shower. The gluten-free star also says her diet, “includes as many organic whole foods as possible”, avoiding red meat, sugar, dairy and processed food. She also drinks apple cider vinegar twice a day – a diet favoured by Victoria Beckham – as well as daily doses of avocados and Manuka honey. She’s even known to endure regular hardcore detoxes for three months at a time – a low-carb regime that she admits is “difficult.”
As heat recently told you, the TV star – who has children, Mason, eight, Penelope, six, and Reign, three, with her ex, Scott Disick – split from Younes, 25, this summer. It came after he allegedly cheated on his girlfriend just days after they returned from a romantic holiday in Italy. Within weeks he was pictured in Mexico with another woman, Jordan Ozuna – a model who used to date Tyga, Kourtney’s little sister Kylie Jenner’s ex-boyfriend.
Meanwhile, Kourtney has taken the much higher break-up ground, posting a series of smoking-hot selfies on Instagram showing off her abs in an endless array of bikinis. Which, let’s face it, we would all do if we looked that good. ■
