She’s forever sharing photos of her six-month-old daughter True, but Khloé Kardashian has been keeping mum over the state of her relationship with Tristan Thompson recently. According to reports, not only is Khloé now ready to end their romance for good, she’s also planning to fight the basketball player for primary custody.
Despite initially standing by Tristan following revelations that he’d cheated while she was pregnant, Khloé has seemingly had a change of heart. According to sources, the 34 year old has been quietly distancing herself from Tristan in the past few months, even though she’s publicly refused to confirm a break-up – and her failure to leave LA and return to Cleveland with Tristan for the start of the basketball season speaks volumes. Their relationship has been on shaky ground ever since CCTV footage emerged of Tristan, 27, getting intimate with several women at a bar before taking one of them back to his hotel just days before Khloé went into labour.
Last week, the star posted a cryptic message to her followers, telling them, “Relationships should help you, not hurt you… Life is too short to spend time with people who suck the happiness out of you. When you free yourself from negative people, you free yourself to be YOU.” Now, insiders are saying that the gloves are off – and while Tristan is expected to want joint custody, Khloé’s demanding primary custody, insisting True will be staying full-time in LA.
And you’d better believe, with the ever-powerful matriarch Kris Jenner on her side, she’s going to get what she wants.
