REVITALISE
Even your tools could be affecting the rate your hair grows, so don’t let them get in the way. As wet hair is the most vulnerable to breakage, after washing, switch your normal towel for a quick-drying, microfibre option. Then, rather than a plastic hairbrush, try a snazzy boar-bristle one. These are gentle on your hair and won’t pull on the strands. Lastly, give your scalp a massage to stimulate circulation. Don’t want to splash out on a massager? Simply pay extra attention to your roots when brushing your hair. Brushing thoroughly from root to tip will gently spread natural oils down the hair shaft, encouraging growth.
