Sandy Kominsky (Michael Douglas) used to be a celebrity, but now his star has faded. This comedy-drama sees Sandy and his agent Norman Newlander (Alan Arkin) trying to work out how best to approach life in Los Angeles, which values youth and beauty. These eight half-hour episodes promise us a great chance to see two veteran actors do their thing, with surprisingly emotional results.
