A concert extravaganza at London’s SSE Wembley Arena, where Fearne Cotton and Clara Amfo introduce performances from the likes of George Ezra, Jess Glynne, Nile Rodgers and CHIC, Olly Murs, Rita Ora and Sir Rod Stewart, with plenty more names to be announced closer to the night. There will also be stories from disadvantaged young people supported by BBC Children In Need.
