They ended their stormy relationship in 2015 – after nine years, three kids, and countless splits. But there always seemed to be unfinished business between Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick. Now, according to insiders, the former couple have been getting up to all kinds of shenanigans behind closed doors – news that may surprise Scott’s 20-year-old girlfriend Sofia Richie.
“It’s an open secret that he and Kourt hooked up in New York recently,” a source close to the Kardashians tells heat. “He’s tried to move on from Kourtney, but she’s incredibly confident nowadays and she has this sexy, positive energy that drives Scott wild. They fell into bed one night, and now Scott’s totally hooked.”
There’s no denying that Kourtney, 39, has had a major turnaround since splitting with Scott three years ago. As well as overhauling her body (and proudly showing off the results on Instagram), she’s been giving her ex a taste of his own medicine by stepping out with a string of young models. Her year-long relationship with Younes Bendjima, 25, finished in August, prompting the reality star to step out with an even younger toy boy, Luka Sabbat, 20. But she’s keeping their romance casual and, we’re told, Kourtney’s having fun with her former long-term partner – not least because, this time, she’s setting the rules.
“She’s enjoying the power she has over Scott – he’s sneaking off for a booty call whenever she gives him the green light,” our source reveals. “She’s made it clear that it’s no-strings attached and that there’s no expectation from her, which surprised him. He’s still keeping Sofia in his life because Kourt’s reluctant about a reunion and doesn’t want to be tied to any one partner. She’s having too much fun playing the field.”
Last week, the pair jetted off to Bali with their three children, Mason, eight, Penelope, six, and Reign, three, as well as assorted members of the Kardashian family, which is said to have only strengthened their growing bond. Ironically, there’s been a serious role-reversal. While back in the day, it was Scott who was hard to tame, it’s now Kourtney who’s been rocking up at his private suite at the Beverly Hills Hotel, demanding “no-frills physical fun” – and that’s only upping Scott’s interest. “He knows it will take more than casual booty calls to win her over,” we’re told. “He would take her back in a heartbeat if she said the word.”
Poor Sofia. It can’t be fun admitting your worried dad Lionel was right about Scott after all. Still, we doubt he’s dancing on the ceiling… n
