Will Mark and Michelle be apart for Christmas?
They can’t agree on anything right now
After working in different countries for over a year, Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan must be looking forward to spending the festive period together. However, a source close to the couple, both 31, tells us their latest spate of arguments are over where to spend the holidays – and neither will back down.
The couple – who have been married for three years – have a house in Essex, near Mark’s family, but Michelle often spends time back in her native Manchester.
“Neither of them have been communicating enough to make a final decision, and it’s causing a rift between their families, who are sick of playing guessing games,” we’re told. “Mark’s mum Carol was adamant she would be having everyone round this year, with Mark being back from LA. But he’s told her it’s not a done deal, as he and Michelle have yet to finalise plans.”
Michelle – who was recently pictured at an event without her wedding ring – has always described herself as a homebody, and we’re told she’s keen to spend the 25th with family in Manchester before travelling to Essex the following day.
“Mark has said that his family would be really upset if that was the case,” we’re told. “They can barely agree on the littlest things right now, let alone where they’ll be spending Christmas. It’s causing a nightmare for their friends and family, who want to plan it all out. Their friends are wondering if they’ll spend the day together at this rate.”
