Jac: ‘i don’t care if dan cheats’
The actress is sticking by her man
‘she knows that he’ll always come back’
Jacqueline Jossa has been put in a difficult position by husband Dan Osborne time and time again, from rumours of him having a fling with Love Islander Gabby Allen, to the recent accusations that he kissed Alexandra Cane – also a Love Island contestant – on a night out. And while it looked likely the couple might split, an insider close to the Eastenders actress has told heat that Jac plans to stay – and let Dan get on with it.
“Jac has had it with people telling her she’s a fool for staying with
Dan and taking him back every time he’s been a bad boy,” says our source. “So she’s acting like she’s in control of the situation, and is even making out that she’s OK if he strays from time to time, because she knows he’ll always come back to her.”
Dan, 27, and Jac, 26, have been together for six years – and married for two – and share two daughters, Ella, four, and ten-month-old Mia. Jac is also stepmum to Dan’s son Teddy, who he had with his previous girlfriend, Megan Tomlin. In fact, Dan and Jac got together while Megan was pregnant with Teddy. While Dan has never been caught cheating and has always denied the rumours, our source tells us Jac’s friends are worried she’s taking the wrong approach.
“Pals fear that it’s a recipe for disaster, as Jac has been a wreck in the past when there’s been rumours of Dan’s infidelity. They can’t help but feel she’s in denial. Jac is trying to concentrate on looking after the kids and keeping herself busy with other things, so she can just turn a blind eye to whatever Dan gets up to. As far as she’s concerned, no marriage is perfect, and she hates that hers has been scrutinised so much. She hasn’t exactly been a saint herself, and feels as though everyone needs to cut Dan a bit of slack. She’s in this for the long-term, she doesn’t see herself leaving him.”
In a recent telling Instagram post, Jac spoke about self-care and forgiveness, writing, “Forgive someone you know is sorry and let it go, it will set you free.” n
