– we’re told Angelina is seriously considering an invitation to present an award at the ceremony. “Angelina is tempted to accept the offer, knowing full well that Brad and Jen will be present,” an insider tells heat. “She’s fed up with being painted as the villain and feels there’s no reason why she shouldn’t be at the bash if they are. She doesn’t want it to be all about the reunion of Jen and Brad, when Ange is the one who’s still married to him.”
Ange, 44, and Brad, 56, separated in September 2016 after just two years of marriage. And after their messy split, Brad has been spending more time with his first ex-wife, Jen. The actor attended Jen’s 50th birthday party in February, and more recently was rumoured to be among the guests at her annual Christmas bash.
We’re told, “Ange can’t help but feel that Brad and Jen’s rekindled friendship is payback from Jen, who always blamed Ange for the breakdown of her marriage to Brad. Ange is certainly not intimidated by them, and she’s looking forward to ruffling their feathers by showing up to the Golden Globes. She wants to change the narrative from it being yet another Brad and Jen get together, turning it into a reunion from hell.” n
