Jen and Brad’s reunion is seeming less and less likely. Guess whose fault that is?

She doesn’t have the antibodies to deal with his BS

Let’s be honest, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston’s almost-reunion is 2020 in a nutshell – it started off so promisingly, quickly went south, and now involves a lot of social distancing and mixed messages. And, just like all of us, Jen is seriously fed up.

As heat reported earlier this month, the actress has been getting increasingly confused by her ex-husband’s intentions – one day, he’s giving her all the attention in the world, the next, he’s barely in touch and enjoying meet-ups with bestie (and rumoured love interest) actress Alia Shawkat. Now, we’re told, Jen’s reached the end of her tether – and has decided she won’t consider any type of relationship with Brad “until he stops being so flaky and indecisive”.

“Whenever anyone asks Brad what’s going on between him and Alia, he insists they’re just friends, but there’s been loads of rumours that she’s been staying at his place and hanging out with him non-stop,” says an insider close to Jen, 51, who hasn’t seen Brad, 56, in person since before LA went into lockdown in March. “Brad has still been contacting Jen and acting like nothing’s going on between him and Alia. He’s been acting flirty and saying how much he looks forward to meeting up with Jen once the crisis is over. She’s been taking the calls, but she finds it maddening wondering what the hell is happening – and she’s told him as much. She feels heartbroken and let down by him once again.”

Last week, Jen posted a throwback snap of herself giving the finger to the camera, with the caption, “Dear Covid, you can kindly f@!k off now.” But our insider says she wasn’t just venting her frustrations at coronavirus – especially since, days earlier, Alia, 31, had been seen leaving Brad’s house again.

As heat has told you, Brad and Jen were on the way to getting back together prepandemic, but all that’s changed now and, unfortunately, distance – and Brad’s indecisiveness – does not make the heart grow fonder. Unless Brad makes his mind up once and for all, it’s likely that, soon enough, Jen will be telling him to “kindly f@!k off” for good. ■
