It didn’t take long for Sharon to show her true colours. After manipulating Sam into thinking he can trust her, she coaxes him to text Simon about Peter’s imminent liver transplant. Sam does, and Simon shows up at the hospital. But Peter gets suss when a cleaner calls someone about Si’s location.
