The Killer Within

In this opening episode of the new docuseries that explores what drives seemingly ordinary people to kill, the spotlight lands on Kim Edwards and Lucas Markham, who became Britain’s youngest-ever double murderers at the age of 14 in 2016. Living in a small Lincolnshire town, Edwards and Markham became inseparable. When Edwards’ mother tried to break them up, Edwards murdered both her and her sister in their beds, before she and Markham sat down to watch one of the Twilight movies. The docu tries to shed light on what went on in the heads of the pair, who are currently in prison. ★★★
