The first series of this romcom, starring and co-written by Rose Matafeo, along with Alice Snedden and Nic Sampson, was one of the TV highlights of 2021. Now, here’s the very welcome second series continuing the story of how New Zealand millennial Jessie (Rose Matafeo), has fallen for famous film star Tom (Nikesh Patel). Season one ended with the loveable duo deciding to stay in London to try to have a proper relationship, but there are tough obstacles in their way. Minnie Driver also returns as Tom’s agent Cath, while the great Russell Tovey joins the cast in episode four.
