WHERE? A rooftop. WHAT? Surely the benefit to being a global pop superstar is that you never have to carry your own possessions? But sadly, Dua Lipa’s given her PA a day off, forgetting that she’s totally unprepared to live her life unaided. Her party line is IDGAF, but inside she’s fuming (and freezing).
