Few dramas of recent years have made such an instant impact as Killing Eve, with its giddy mix of violent espionage shenanigans and wry workplace comedy, underpinned by a will they/won’t they sexual tension, as intelligence operative Eve (Sandra Oh) gets ever-more obsessed with assassin Villanelle (Jodie Comer), and vice versa. Here’s the fourth and final season, arriving first on the iplayer, before airing on BBC1 next Saturday, which begins in typically thrilling, funny style as Eve embarks on a revenge mission, while Villanelle is, shockingly, now part of a church community. ★★★★★
