Kim-cheese
Serves 2 INGREDIENTS: Handful of fresh coriander 2 slices of sourdough 60g goat’s cheese 40g watercress 100g kimchi (homemade, or shop-bought) 1 Roughly chop the coriander and toast the sourdough. 2 Crumble the goat cheese and roughly spread over the toast using the back of a fork. Top with the watercress, kimchi and coriander. Best served and eaten immediately.
