HITTING NEW LOWES

Rob Lowe’s had some hits and misses, but his opening number at the Oscars in 1989 – when he performed a parody version of Proud Mary alongside a singing Snow White – was the lowest of the Lowes. He’s since redeemed himself, calling it a “dark and tragic event that befell our nation”.
