Based on the Thomas Pletzinger novel of the same name, this new eight-part Sky Original drama centres on journalist Daniel Mandelkern, who travels to Italy to interview celeb writer Mark Svensson about a mysterious story involving Mark, his friend Tuuli and Tuuli’s missing partner Felix. Along the way, Daniel uncovers the story of a strong bond between three people that starts in South America and travels across the Arctic Circle to New York’s 9/11 tragedy. At first, Daniel thinks that he recognises Tuuli and Felix as characters from Mark’s novel, but something’s not quite right and he eventually makes a shocking discovery. Impressively, despite being produced during the pandemic, the locations include Italy, New York, Germany, Finland and South America. ★★★★
