Before you start any discussion, you need to decide your boundaries. What behaviour are you happy with and what are you not willing to tolerate?
COMMUNICATION
Approach delicate conversations carefully. Warn the person that you have issues you would like to discuss. And frame those issues in terms of how they are making you feel.
PROCESS
You may have been thinking over this problem for months or even years, but the person you are confronting may have had no idea and feel ambushed and be defensive. Give them time to process what you’re telling them and give them a chance to discuss how they can change their behaviour.
