This epic eight-part drama, told in Korean, Japanese and English, and based on a 2017 bestselling novel, follows the journey of a Korean family across multiple generations and decades. Their saga begins in South Korea in the early 1900s with the character of eventual matriarch Sunja getting embroiled in a forbidden love, while also exploring the parallel story of her grandson Solomon in Japan in the 1980s. The ambitious series is written and executive produced by Soo Hugh (The Terror), and the first three episodes arrive first, followed by weekly instalments each Friday. ★★★★
