Villa-nelle

-

Villanelle specialises in dramatic assassinations, and one at a family party in the very first episode was certainly that – we’re still getting over that hairpin moment. While the location used in the series – Italian Villa Lusso Grande – is probs out of our budget range, this villa in Siena is just as good in our opinion, and perfect for throwing a (murder-free) gathering. It sleeps up to 35 guests across five apartments in two large renovated farmhouses, all with their own bathrooms and kitchens, so there should be no fist fights. You’ll have unspolit views of the Tuscan hills, not to mention an outside play area for kids, a snooker room, pool and football pitch. Oh, and a chapel on site just in case you fancy tying the knot. A seven-night stay starts from £166 per person, visit Oliverstravels.com.
