When Kelly hears that a body has been found at the construction site, she prays it’s not her dad, but DS Beckett confirms that it is Rick – leaving Kelly bereft, and Gary and Maria feeling dreadful. Kelly says she’s so grateful to have them both, which then leads a guilty Gary to tell Maria he’s going to confess to the murder!
