In fact, Malcolm Macdonald had it surgically constructed on his arm ready to transfer to the more traditional location. Sadly, this never happened, leaving him one of the subjects of this documentary, which also features one man born with a “micro-penis” and another who was born in a female body but has undergone phalloplasty to change gender.
