WILL TWINS HEAL AMY’S ROCKY ROMANCE?
THE TV STAR IS PUTTING THE PAST BEHIND HER
After a whirlwind one-year romance, Amy Childs and her boyfriend Billy Delbosq have revealed the exciting news that they’re expecting twins. Announcing her pregnancy to shocked fans, the TOWIE star shared, “I promise you, I didn’t want any more children. But when I met Bill, I thought, ‘Do you know what? I’ll have one more.’ We are so excited – it’s going to be absolutely amazing.”
And in a joint Instagram post, Amy – who recently returned to the TV show after a long hiatus – wrote, “The news is finally out! When 4 becomes 6. Our family is so complete.” The reality star is already mum to Polly, five, and Ritchie, four, from previous relationships, and has often gushed about Billy being a fabulous father figure to her children.
Amy, 32, began dating the 38 year old – who once appeared on First Dates – last year. But despite the pair now seeming loved-up, they were recently said to be on the rocks. The couple briefly split in May after the TOWIE star accused the businessman of messaging another woman. Billy did admit to taking another woman’s number, leading to the two calling it quits. The couple addressed the split on TOWIE, with Amy admitting, “It has been so shit between us.”
But now the couple are back together, and their baby joy is taking them from strength to strength. Addressing the rekindling of their romance, Amy said, “I used to have massive trust issues, but the trust has completely come back. To take Bill back, we had to go through every emotion – and I did go through every emotion. I was angry, upset, but Bill knew he had made a big mistake. I do genuinely love him.” ■
