The BAFTA Film Awards
BBC1, Sunday 18 February, 7pm
David Tennant is the host for this year’s film BAFTAS and that feels like a good choice because he’s such a likeable guy in real life. And he’s presiding over what should be an exciting ceremony, with plenty of nominees for Oppenheimer, and a few for Barbie, including – unlike at the Oscars – Margot Robbie for lead actress. As well as the gong-giving, Sophie Ellis-bextor will perform Murder On The Dancefloor (memorably featured in Saltburn). Here are our predictions for the main ones…
