She’s one of the most beautiful celebs in Hollywood and he’s the ultimate teen heartthrob. But Hailey Bieber is under more pressure than ever right now as rumours fly that her marriage to Justin Bieber is on the rocks.
The model’s dad, actor Stephen Baldwin, did nothing to dampen the gossip when he asked fans to “pray” for the couple recently. Now, an insider tells heat, “Hailey’s struggling. She’s not telling people it’s over with Justin, but she is acknowledging they have serious work to do if they’re going to make it in the long-term.”
Hailey, 27, took to social media last month to slam the constant speculation over her five-year marriage from fans on Tiktok – which included a theory that Hailey had been involved in an affair with a billionaire, and another that said Justin, 30, had another woman – labelling them as “false.” Reports also claimed Justin was begging Hailey to start a family, but she was refusing. A source tells us, “Every day, her phone is blowing up with people asking her if the latest rumour about her marriage is true. She’s told friends she wants to go and live by herself for a while, possibly in New York or even Hawaii, so she can get away from the Hollywood fishbowl. Justin has always followed her around like a puppy dog and doesn’t want her to go. It’s exhausting and emotionally relentless – she just needs a break.”
The couple have also both faced health battles since their 2018 wedding. Justin has opened up about his mental health, and has sought treatment for depression and drug use. Then, in 2022, he was diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome – a neurological condition that leads to facial paralysis. And while Hailey suffered a blood clot in her brain in 2022, which led to heart surgery, she’s always put Justin first. She previously said about his mental health battle, “Imagine abandoning somebody in the middle of the worst time of their life… I’m not that type of a person.”
Our source adds, “She’s had to bottle up all of her own feelings to put him first and she’s ready to snap. She needs a break, and then they can come back and start from square one.” n
