HITS A NEW HIGH NOTE WITH BIRTH OF BABY ATHENA

After being part of a successful girl band for a decade, Heidi Range is now creating one at home following the birth of her second daughter, who joins threeyear-old Aurelia. The ex-Sugababes star (left, photographed by hello! in March) and her property developer husband Alex Partakis welcomed the new addition to the family on 5 August, and fans did not have long to wait for an introduction.

“She’s here!!!” Heidi wrote on Instagram, uploading a series of photos including one of mother and daughter snuggled up on a bed (right). Revealing that the couple had named her Athena Veronica, the former singer described the snoozing infant as “6lb 1oz of pure love”.

Heidi and Alex are now proud parents of two Angels ( With Dirty Faces), and nobody could be more delighted than Aurelia. “[ She] has been asking for a brother or sister every day,” Heidi told

hello! during our shoot. “I’m one of two girls and my sister is my best friend. It’s the best gift in the world.”

As for future plans, the former charttopper would be delighted with a No. 3. “That would be amazing,” she said.
