TIME FOR CHANGE
A recent survey by the No7 Beauty Company found that 56% of women in the UK with non-white skin tones do not feel represented by the skincare industry or in product marketing. In response, No7 has put out a call to action with its recently launched We See You campaign. Working towards greater representation, alongside increasing the shade ranges offered, the brand vows to increase the diversity of its consumer panel by 121%, as well as educating its 1,600 in-store beauty advisers on different skin types and tones as part of its newly launched Skin School training modules. Grace Vernon, global cultural insight and trend lead for No7, says: “We have a really important role to play. We have inclusivity at the forefront of everything we do and are passionate about representing the incredible diversity that we have in this society.” For more information, visit no7beauty.co.uk.
