Council cash wasted on bad ideas

IT HAS been announced that Torbay could face a deficit of £2.8 million that would affect the level of care given to the already cash-strapped vulnerable children and adults.

Our elected mayor has appealed for crowdfunding and trade donations – not for the unfortunate vulnerable children or adults, but for an air show.

This is the same mayor that spent over £3 million on beach huts and earlier over £25,000 on a temporary traffic island with a now hidden palm tree!
