Rotary donation gives pupils a relaxing spot

PUPILS at Paignton’s King’s Ash Academy can enjoy the great outdoors thanks to outdoor furniture from The Rotary Club of Paignton’s past president Marion Page.

Head of school Laura Kies said: “The Rotary Club of Paignton have enabled our school to equip a quiet area.

“The idea is that those youngsters who would like a few moments away from the noise of the playground will now have a space to have quiet moments and just relax, bene- fiting from a little space of their own before returning to the concentration of the classroom.”
