Santa’s sleigh is coming to our towns

FATHER Christmas will be bringing some seasonal cheer to Paignton and Torquay.

After leading the Torquay Christmas Carnival he will also be visiting areas of the two towns thanks to the efforts of Torquay Ladies Circle and Torquay Round Table.

The sleigh will begin its journey in Paignton with visits to Queen Elizabeth Drive on December 11, Foxhole on December 12, Hookhills and White Rock on December 13, St Michaels on December 14 and Roselands on December 15.

Then, in Torquay, the sleigh will be at Watcombe on December 18, Hele on December 19, Plainmoor and Ellacombe on December 20, the top end of the Willows on December 21 and the bottom end on December 22.

Charities supported by the sleigh this year are Devon Partnership NHS Trust and Exeter & South Devon Deaf Children’s Society.
