TRACK TALK
➜ Top marks, Heritage Railway!
I ADMIRE the way that you and the team continue to pump out such interesting news each month.
How on earth you manage it, well – obviously loads of research and just hard slog.
I am pretty well stuck at home these days not just because of lockdown, but caring for my wife.
I have been a reader since the very early days, but I have to say I now look forward with great anticipation each month to the magazine. The heritage scene continues to amaze me and I wish I was in a position to be hands-on again.
Now an armchair member, I continue to help with the odd sub! Thank you again, well done all.

➜ Inspirational railway top man at Bala
THOUGH unlikely to ever visit the Bala Lake Railway, I was so inspired by the reported words of chairman Julian Birley (issue 277) that I willingly made a small donation to their appeal.
I hope many others felt the same. He must be a credit not only to his own organisation, but to all of our railways in this dreadful time.
