Aston Martin specialist Nicholas Mee has celebrated its successful relocation from London to the Hatfield House estate with a grand opening.

More than 450 people visited the new premises in converted farm buildings in Essendon to view the 25 Aston Martins currently offered for sale. Guests were also able to view a V8 Vantage that appeared in the Johnny English movie, an Aston Martin Vulcan (above) and the only V8-powered Aston Martin Cygnet in the world, displayed especially for the weekend event.

The historic buildings underwent a multi-million pound refurbishment and include state-of-the-art workshops. A newly-built steel building acts as a showroom.

The company specialises in the supply of parts, servicing and sale of pre-owned Aston Martin vehicles produced from 1959 to the present day.

Managing director Neal Garrard said, ‘The reaction to our new facilities was positive and we are confident that it will pay great dividends in years to come.’
