Mallory Park lining up a bike bonanza

THE MALLORY Bike Bonanza returns to the Midlands circuit for the third year on Saturday and Sunday July 30 and 31.

A whole host of star including the 13 times Isle of Man TT winner ‘The Maverick’ Michael Dunlop will descend on the course, in celebratio­n of its 60 year anniversar­y.

Down in the paddock, racing fans will also have the chance to mingle with racing legends including Mick Grant, Alex George, Paul Smart, Sammy Miller, Chas Mortimer, Colin Seeley, Ron Chandler, Travor Nation, Ray McCulloch, Adrian Craig, Stan Wood and Austin Hockley, with many more still be announced.

This year’s Bonanza will feature two new additions to the weekend’s schedule, with the running of two Internatio­nal Classic Grand Prix feature races and the sixth round of the Hyundai British Sidecar Championsh­ip.

There will also be the usual sidecar and Mallory Master parade, as well as PR5 road machine displays on Saturday and PR6 displays on Sunday.

Away from the track, more than 20 motorcycle clubs have already signed up to take part in Club Central, where guests will be treated with a display of machinery from many different manufactur­ers from many different eras.
