There are also high-quality weight machines available and a wide choice of training equipment, while members can take advantage of a range of weekly exercise classes as well.
Following a work out, the Romans Health Club is the perfect place to rest and rejuvenate with its 17ft swimming pool, which has recently undergone a refurbishment, heated whirlpool, pool-side loungers, Cedar Wood sauna and aromatic steam room.
The hotel also offers an array of luxury spa treatments and a highly-regarded hairdressing salon for an extra charge.
