Helpful agents

Hinckley Times - - LETTERS -

This is a letter about the Tenant Fee Ban and my support for Clayton and Nina Foston, Directors of Belvoir Lettings at The Crescent Hinckley.

It is my personal experience that Belvoir Lettings are much more than letting agents.

Suffice to say they are people with a social conscience as individuals and a business.

As a person who was homeless with no hope of acquiring a tenancy, Belvoir helped me to move into a property. This was an act of social community care. They have continued to help me with support to this present day.

Their intervention as middle negotiators is what secured my tenancy.

They are on the frontline of property lettings. From the poor to the affluent.

The choice was theirs and they chose to help me.

I am thanking Clayton and Nina and all of the team at Belvoir Letting and congratulating them on an act of excellence. J. N. Cunningham
