Trees could be planted on the former leisure centre site

-

NOW that Leicestershire County Council are giving free trees to farmers and land owners, a plantation of many trees on the Hinckley demolished leisure centre site off Coventry Road near Marchant Road would provide clean air.

Footpaths would provide a pleasant access for shoppers and dog walkers.

The trees would feed off the carbon dioxide from the motor vehicle traffic on Coventry Road and provide oxygen for the humans. If climate change in Leicestershire is to be believed, the trees would provide a healthier human environment.
