The venue has many on-site fa­cil­i­ties in­clud­ing show­ers, toi­lets, shops, cafe, crazy golf and chil­dren’s play ar­eas, as well as many wa­ter sports.

All fin­ish­ers for the half marathon will re­ceive a be­spoke event medal, High 5 prod­ucts and Fyffes ba­nana.

Par­tic­i­pa­tors are also en­cour­aged to raise as much money as pos­si­ble for the char­ity by col­lect­ing spon­sors, ju­niors rais­ing £30 and adults rais­ing £50 will re­ceive a free Keepthe­beat hoodie.

2019 Tough Mud­der, Belvoir Cas­tle In 2019, or­gan­is­ers have promised to bring the best mud and the big­gest ob­sta­cles for their an­nual Tough Mud­der chal­lenge.

Set in the mag­nif­i­cent grounds of Belvoir Cas­tle and its rolling hills, nat­u­ral creeks and serene lakes will be thou­sands of Mud­ders tak­ing on one of the tough­est ob­sta­cle cour­ses in the world!

The 2019 event will fea­ture more than 20 ob­sta­cles with 10 new ad­di­tions to chal­lenge brave par­tic­i­pa­tors.

En­try is £99 each, and in­cludes a head­band, per­for­mance fin­isher tee, fin­isher pint and in­surance.

And if a 5km run isn’t chal­leng­ing enough for you, the Tougher Mud­der takes the sig­na­ture course and adds a com­pet­i­tive, timed twist.

An 8-10 mile chal­lenge which will in­clude ex­clu­sive chal­lenges, unique fin­isher gear and an of­fi­cial course time can be pur­chased as an add on to the stan­dard Tough Mud­der en­try fee.

To cel­e­brate after the event, par­tic­i­pa­tors can take part in the most epic Mud­der Vil­lage after party with live en­ter­tain­ment, games and chal­lenges, authen­tic lo­cal food and free beer.

Gather your friends, round up your fam­ily and as­sem­ble your col­leagues to tackle this ob­sta­cle course and raise some money for a great cause.

Team LOROS are bring­ing the ul­ti­mate chal­lenge across 7km of fields and mud where par­tic­i­pa­tors will ex­pe­ri­ence crawl­ing un­der nets, climb­ing over ob­sta­cles, for­est walks, in­flat­a­bles and chal­leng­ing up­hill walks to race to the fin­ish line.

Sun­day Oc­to­ber 6, 2019 Le­ices­ter marathon and half marathon The Le­ices­ter marathon is a pop­u­lar and ever grow­ing event which sees par­tic­i­pa­tors take on the dis­tance of 26.2 miles, mak­ing it the ul­ti­mate chal­lenge.

For those who aren’t up for the full chal­lenge, a half marathon is also avail­able.

Win­ners tro­phy, prize money and gifts will be handed out to both male and fe­male run­ners, in first, sec­ond and third place.

The Le­ices­ter Marathon will start at Vic­to­ria Park and goes out into the beau­ti­ful sur­round­ing coun­try­side and vil­lages be­fore re­turn­ing along the 13.1 mile half marathon route to Vic­to­ria Park via New Walk.
