PREVIEW: A GUIDE TO SECOND DATE SEX (15)

A SECOND chance at happiness is an opportunity to get things right for the first time in writer-director Rachel Hiron’s romantic comedy.

Ryan and Laura (George MacKay and Alexandra Roach, pictured) meet in a noisy club where alcohol loosens their inhibitions.

Both have been hurt by past relationships but there is a connection and they arrange a second date. In the cold light of the morning and painful sobriety, the two singletons fret about how to properly conduct a second date.

Ryan’s housemates Adam (Tom Bell) and Dan (Michael Socha) have very different approaches to romance. Their actions are obstacles to Ryan’s desire to spend quality time alone with Laura and learn if they have more in common than a mutual admiration for Meryl Streep.
