Thieves armed with a knife threatened a man in a Waitrose car park before making off in his car.

Two masked men approached the driver outside the Lutterworth store shortly after 4pm on Monday March 20.

They targeted him from behind, threatening him with the knife and demanding the keys to his black Audi S3.

The 56-year-old attempted to run to the supermarket entrance but the robbers pushed him to the ground and grabbed the keys.
