Hinckley LRFC bid to boost back room team

-

HINCKLEY LRFC are looking for recruits to strengthen the first team backroom staff.

After two seasons of back to back promotions followed by a season of consolidation in the Northern Premier Division Midlands, Hinckley LRFC are looking to compliment the existing first team management team by adding a Head Coach and an Assistant Manager.

A club spokesman said: “Hinckley LRFC are a small club ready to start its ninth season of existence, we have the benefit of a large infrastructure which already meets the ground grading criteria to compete in the National League.

“Due to the foresight of the founding directors, the club is also well sponsored and even though the clubs operating overheads are high, it is in a relatively unique position whereby it can focus on the next leg of its journey which is to transition from grass roots into semi professional football as part of the next promotion push.

“The resource profile of the Head Coach should be a UEFA “B” (level 3) license holder or working towards it. They also need to be a player developer as well as technical advisor to the Head of Football. Ideally they will have worked at the level or higher and should be attracted to a long term project.

“The Assistant Manager should have good local knowledge of both players and the opposition as well as having the ability to lead in the absence of the Head of Football and/or step onto the training field in the absence of the Head Coach or work alongside them.

“Both positions are being offered as part-time roles within a semi professional football club environment.

“Hinckley LRFC is an equal opportunities organisation that treats everyone fairly. We will be delighted to hear from everyone that is interested without prejudice.

“All interested parties should apply for the role by submitting their football cv including your mobile number and covering paragraph on how you think you can fit in and add value to Hinckley LRFC to admin@theknitters.co.uk.

“Everyone that applies will be acknowledged and replied to with feedback. Submission deadline is 5pm on Wednesday, May 24.”
